Can I cancel my order?
An order is eligible for cancellation if the order is not yet dispatched for delivery. You will be able to cancel the order directly on our Platform if the order consists of accessory items only. Please note that once you place an order there is only a limited period of time (i.e. before it is dispatched) during which you will be able to cancel your order. So, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Currently, we do not have live order tracking on the Platform. The status of your order is updated to you via email on regular basis. In case you need any urgent updates on your order status please call our customer service team on our toll-free number: 800-RHOME (800-74663).
Can I cancel my order online?
If your order consists of accessory items only (i.e. the order does not consist of any furniture) To cancel your order online, sign in to your Account. Find your order in “Your Account”. Click “View order details”. If the cancel option is available, you will find a “Cancel” button next to your order on the "Your Account" page. Click “Cancel”, complete the form presented and submit your cancellation request. You will then receive a confirmation email.
Unfortunately, if the option to cancel is not presented to you then please contact our customer service team by calling on our toll-free number: 800-RHOME (800-74663) to determine if you will be able to cancel the order. I am a Guest User. Can I cancel my orders online?
If you are a guest user (i.e. you do not have an Account with us), it is not possible to cancel your order online. Please contact our customer service team by calling on our toll-free number: 800 RHOME (800-74663); or reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you to cancel your order, provided it meets the criteria for cancellation.
If your order consists of furniture or a mix of furniture and accessories, you must contact our customer service team 800-RHOME (800-74663) whether you have an Account or are a guest user if you wish to cancel your order. What type of orders cannot be cancelled?
There are some Products that we cannot cancel, including made-to-order or otherwise customised items. Please read our Returns Policy for further information.
Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched?
If your items have already been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.
To return a Product once your order arrives, follow the process in our Returns Policy. Please note that in such a case your delivery fee will not be refunded.
