Free home delivery and assembly of furniture within city limits, provided the invoice value of the furniture exceeds Dhs 1,000. In other cases there will be charges. For information on this, please consult our Customer Service.
The delivery will be made at ground level. Subject to availability of a service lift of adequate size, delivery can be made at higher levels.
On receipt of full payment, furniture booked will be reserved for 15 days or the scheduled delivery date, whichever is later.
If the customer requests to postpone the scheduled delivery or if the customer’s representative is not available, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date.
If the customer does not accept delivery for over 30 days, we will be constrained to cancel the invoice and a credit note will be kept ready for collection.
